A lovely diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of?platinum, this?beautiful ring has a lovely?"step-up" style mounting with three rows of diamonds on each shoulder and a gorgeous old mine?cut diamond in the center. The center diamond is held in a four claW?setting and weighs approximately 1.44ct with?G color and SI1?clarity. Resting on the "steps" of each shoulder of the ring are four single cut diamonds in bead settings along with four bezel set baguette cut emeralds , the mountings of which are detailed with delicate milgrain detailing. An additional three bead set diamonds flank either side of the center stone. These smaller diamonds weigh approximately 0.24ctw with H-I range?color and VS-SI1 range clarity. The side of the mounting displays an attractive airline, and delicate floral etched?detail completes the beautiful Art Deco design. The inside of the band is marked with "IRID PLAT" and "AB" It's a?truly?gorgeous and classically beautiful piece that would make a stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.5?but could be easily re-sized. The centerpiece measures 3/8"?wide and rests 1/4" above the finger when worn.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the?platinum?setting or to any of the stones, all of which are intact.
